This credential is issued to the qualified individual and organizations who have a legitimate working function within the event venue. Any person not acting in a working capacity will be ejected from the venue. Identification establishing affiliate and working status may be required.

Bearer knowledges that all audio, video, data, and photo rights to this event are owned by The Toyota HBCU NY Football Classic. The bearer shall not use more than three (3) minutes of audio/video/date highlights per game. Photo usage must have prior approval as well.

Bearer assumes all risk of harm while covering this event at this venue. Bearer shall indemnify and hold harmless The Toyota HBCU NY Football Classic, its member institutions, and each of its subsidiaries and related entities, and their respective agents, employees, and assignees from all claims arising out of any acts of omissions or bearer.
